Adventist Health Columbia Gorge in Mosier, OR is seeking a Physical Therapist to plan and conduct segments of treatment programs, restoring and improving physical, social and mental function. You will co-lead interdisciplinary patient groups and develop individualized care plans.
Required are a DPT degree, active PT licensure in applicable states, CPR/BLS certification, and a valid driver’s license (21+). WA-PT/OR-PT licenses are also required as applicable.
