Physical Therapist – Center Manager

Location: Rohnert Park, CA. Salary range: $105,000–125,000 (commensurate with experience) with a $20,000 sign‑on bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for the center and uphold executive decisions.
• Utilize the local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Help grow and manage the center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios.
• Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs).
• Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community.
• Participate in industry‑leading continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License required to start.
• CPR certification.
• Minimum one year of experience in a clinical setting.
