Position Highlights:
- Salary: $115,000–$120,000 , based on experience and service area
- Location: Bronx, NY
- Home care setting
- CHHA experience preferred, but not required
Requirements:
- Active New York State Physical Therapy license
- Minimum of 1 year of post-graduate experience
- Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel to patients' homes
