Position: Staff Physical Therapist
Location: Bothell, WA
Our clinic sits in the heart of Bothell, a small town that's grown into a vibrant community full of local restaurants and businesses, and part of the expanding college scene anchored by the University of Washington. We're just one block from Main Street and two blocks from a scenic bike trail connecting to Seattle and Lake Sammamish.
At Quality Care Physical Therapy, we offer a fun clinic atmosphere paired with cutting-edge treatment techniques, including Graston, PRI, MAT, and BFR. Our therapists work in a 1:1 ratio with 40-minute treatment sessions, ensuring truly personalized care. We also use an AI-powered EMR with AI transcription, so our therapists spend less time on paperwork and more time with patients. We treat every patient like family, providing exceptional care in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall wellness
- Educate patients on injury prevention, exercise, and general health
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation using our AI-assisted EMR system
Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Washington State
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and outcomes
