Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Medicine and Physical Therapy, with the ability to integrate clinical knowledge into safe, effective treatment plans.
- Proficiency in Rehabilitation and Patient Care, including assessment, therapeutic interventions, and outcome-oriented treatment planning.
- Experience supporting Home Care needs, such as developing home exercise programs and providing clear patient and caregiver education.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Current Florida Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start date).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload, prioritize tasks, and maintain professional judgment in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Prior outpatient, orthopedic, or neurological rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required.
