Physical TherapistThe Physical Therapist shall provide clinical care for Workers' Compensation patients that have been referred by a Health Services Doctor and/or Nurse Practitioner. Services provided shall include patient evaluation/assessment and treatment according to the prevailing highest-quality professional guidelines. Patient evaluation and assessment shall include, but is not limited to, edema measurements, range of motion measurements, pain levels, strength measurements, activities of daily living assessments including current level of function, ergonomic assessments and sensory testing (when applicable).
Patient treatment shall include, but is not limited to, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, ultrasound, H-wave, iontophoresis, and splinting.
