nResponsibilities:
nConduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
nImplement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
nMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
nEducate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and injury prevention strategies.
nCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care tailored to each patient.
nMaintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress notes.
nStay current with industry trends and best practices in physical therapy.
nParticipate in community outreach programs to promote health and wellness.
nRequirements:
nValid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Washington.
nDegree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
nMinimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in outpatient rehabilitation setting preferred but new grads welcome.
nStrong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor towards patients.
nAbility to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
nProficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
nCommitment to continuing education and professional development.
