Physical Therapist

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join a pediatric team serving patients from birth through age 21. This position offers a unique hybrid pediatric and school-based setting, allowing you to work with children and young adults across a variety of needs and environments.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct initial physical therapy evaluations
• Perform patient reevaluations and assess progress
• Develop and provide individualized treatment
• Create and update appropriate plans of care
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Texas
• Pediatric experience is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with patients from birth through age 21
• Comfortable working in both pediatric and school-based environments
