Charm City Therapy is the premier multidisciplinary pediatric therapy center in Baltimore, MD. We see clients birth-21 in clinic, public schools, and non-public schools based settings. We are seeking a passionate part or full-time pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and Treat: Assess motor skills and create treatment plans for children with various developmental delays or physical disabilities.
- Clinic Care: Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions in our pediatric clinic.
- School Support: Travel to local schools to provide IEP (Individualized Education Program) support, collaborate with teachers, and consult on classroom accessibility.
- Family Collaboration: Educate families and caregivers on home exercises and equipment management.
- Documentation: Complete timely and accurate progress notes and evaluation reports.
Qualifications
- Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Licensure: Active state Physical Therapy license (or eligible to obtain).
- Experience: Previous pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates with a strong passion for pediatrics are welcome to apply.
- Requirements: Reliable transportation for travel between clinic and school locations, and a clear background check.
