Community Physical was founded in 1986 by Bob Tripicchio, PT, MS, DSc, on the premise that people are the most important asset of any organization. CPT was devoted exclusively to the delivery of home care services until 1996, when we expanded to include outpatient services and skilled nursing facility staffing and management services. Physical Therapist Floater - Full-Time Home Care & Outpatient | $48-$52/Hour Monday-Friday | 40 Hours/Week | NO Weekends Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is looking for a Full-Time PT Floater to join our Continuum of Care team, providing both home care and outpatient therapy within Alden Assisted Living and Independent Living communities.

What You'll Do:

• Provide PT services in Alden Assisted Living and Independent Living communities
• Deliver individualized, patient-centered care
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary therapy team
• Document home care in Homecare Homebase and outpatient services in TheraOffice
