In This Role You Will:
- Provide therapy treatments under the supervision of the Physical Therapist
- Assist residents with strengthening exercises, balance activities, walking programs, and transfer training
- Encourage resident participation and support progress toward mobility goals
- Observe patient response during sessions and communicate updates to the rehab team
- Complete accurate treatment documentation and maintain therapy records
- Flexible part-time schedule
