Responsibilities:
- Assist Physical Therapists with patient treatments, exercises, and activities
- Monitor patient progress, report changes, and document treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in patient education and training programs
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective patient care plans
Requirements:
- Current PTA certification
- 0+ years of experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
