Responsibilities:
- Implement prescribed physical therapy treatment plans in the inpatient setting
- Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately
- Educate patients on safety, proper movement, and home exercise programs
- Maintain timely and compliant patient records
- Assist with patient care in home health visits as assigned
- Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care
Qualifications:
- Current Michigan licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Experience in inpatient or clinical settings preferred
- Ability and willingness to perform occasional home health visits
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
