In this role, you will perform thorough evaluations, design and implement personalized treatment plans, and provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and gait training to restore function and mobility. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document care accurately in the EMR, and educate patients and families on home programs and safety.
