Physical Education Teacher Position
Physical Education Teacher Qualifications: Must hold a valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with appropriate subject endorsement.
Salary Range: In accordance with experience and the PNA contract. $49,437 - $66,785
Duties/Responsibilities
Provide standards-based physical education instruction. Develop lesson plans aligned with Illinois Learning Standards for Physical Development. Promote physical fitness, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles. Assess student participation and skill development. Maintain safety procedures and proper use of equipment. Organize and supervise structured physical activities. Collaborate with staff to support student wellness initiatives.
