Looking for a Physiatrist to assist FULL TIME starting as soon as credentialed for October 26th through November 1st
Shift Details
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Full-time coverage needed
Between 1-3 physicians
On call every 3rd weekend
On site Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM followed by call coverage Saturday 12 am - Monday 12 am
Rounding required while on call
Requirements
Active Indiana license
Active DEA
Active CSR
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Must be willing to cross credential to possibly work in Dyer
Assignment Details
Inpatient rehab unit
Patient volume: 12-15
EMR: Epic experience preferred; training/orientation available if needed
Beds: 180+
Level III Trauma Center
