U.S. Physiatry is seeking a full-time PM&R Medical Director for a brand new, state-of-the-art 36-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital located in Seneca, SC. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to join a dedicated team with PM&R and internal medicine support. Providers will enjoy a stable practice environment anchored in inpatient rehab with options to supplement with hospital consults, SNF, or LTAC.

- Practice anchored in inpatient rehab with the ability to supplement with hospital consults and/or SNF and/or LTAC as desired
Compensation
- Independent contractor (1099) and employed (W2) pay model options
- Base Salary + Medical Director Stipend
- Monthly productivity bonus (no income cap)
- No practice overhead
