Position Summary

We are seeking a board‑certified or board‑eligible Physiatrist (Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician) to join a growing outpatient rehabilitation practice. This role focuses on musculoskeletal medicine, functional rehabilitation, and interventional PM&R in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Physicians have access to strong clinical support and the ability to build a long‑term, sustainable practice with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal and neurological evaluations
• Diagnose and treat injury‑related and functional impairments
• Develop individualized rehabilitation and treatment plans
• Perform trigger point, joint, and soft tissue injections
• Conduct and interpret EMG/NCV studies
• Collaborate with physical therapists and clinical staff
• Order and interpret diagnostic imaging (X‑ray, MRI, CT, ultrasound)
• Provide patient counseling, functional assessments, and follow‑up care
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Participate in periodic reevaluations and care plan adjustments

Schedule Options

Full‑time, part‑time, or per diem, with wRVU bonuses layered on top of base compensation.
