St. Lukes University Health Network

, the regions largest, most established health system, and one of the top teaching hospital,

is seeking a full-time board certified or board eligible physiatrist to join our dedicated interdisciplinary team.
Successful candidates have the opportunity to work in an Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Center and/or acute hospital consult service. There is also the opportunity for outpatient experience, administrative duties, and educational opportunities for those interested. Our team benefits from a strong referral base from subspecialty colleagues and our 4 acute inpatient rehab units, focusing on neuro rehab, stroke, spasticity, amputee, orthopedic injuries, multi-trauma, spinal cord injury, brain injury, musculoskeletal, and bracing. Narcotic management is not part of our practice. All of the units have access to hospital consultants and advanced imaging. 3 of our units are located in hospital, with the last within 5 minutes of a St. Lukes hospital. Call is 1:9-1:10 weekends, primarily performing consults on our rehab units, with Internal Medicine covering primary medical calls for most of our inpatient units.
St. Lukes University Health Network has 3 outstanding CARF accredited acute inpatient rehabilitation centers each accredited in Stroke Specialty and Amputation Specialty programs. We have recently added a 4th acute inpatient rehabilitation center and are currently working on its CARF accreditation as well.
