Job Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Board certification as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
- Active or eligible license in the state of Texas.
- Strong clinical skills in inpatient medicine , including comprehensive patient assessment, diagnosis, and management (under physician supervision).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams in a hospital setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented Hospitalist environment , adapting to a structured 7‑on/7‑off schedule.
