At SAS, we are Innovating Today to Power the Devices of Tomorrow.Come innovate with us!Position SummaryIn your role as a Photo Process Technician you'll be responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing and/or system operations, such as working with engineers and manufacturing in set-up and calibration tasks, system support, preventative maintenance, failure analysis, documenting/following standard operating procedures, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the process and production of memory chips and logic. You'll also use sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct in-line adjustments to products, instruments, equipment, or processes. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Requires compliance with all health, safety and environmental management system guidelines.Role and ResponsibilitiesHere's what you'll be responsible for:Collecting and evaluating operating data to conduct in-line adjustments to products, instruments, equipment, or processes.Determining and assisting in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Requires compliance with all health, safety and environmental management system guidelines.Change Point Management (CPM)/System Maintenance: Following standard operating procedures to ensure equipment/processes/systems are running effectively.Troubleshooting: Conducting failure analysis and follows scripts to troubleshoot and anticipate future failures.Monitor Equipment/Process: Monitoring equipment and processes in current state and proactively looks for ways to improve processes.Skills and QualificationsHere's what you'll need:Associates degree or other technical certification.

Experienced Pharmacy Tech, Dental Assistant or other medical technologist (external equivalent). or 4 years equivalent technical Military service.2+ years prior work experienceFamiliarity with SPC methods and implementationFamiliar with TPM conceptsTotal RewardsAt Samsung SAS, base pay is just one part of our total compensation package.
