Phone RepresentativeLocation: 335 N River Street Suite 200, Batavia IL, 60510Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office Only (No Remote)Reports To: Office Manager / HR DepartmentPosition Summary:We are seeking a professional, articulate, and dependable Phone Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for all incoming and outgoing calls to our office. The ideal candidate will possess a clear speaking voice, strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
