Role: Phlebotomist II

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections on pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Collect, label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
- Verify patient identity and demographic information before specimen collection.
- Obtain patient signatures and ensure specimens are correctly labeled in the patient's presence.
- Maintain accurate documentation and required records.
- Perform forensic and clinical specimen collections following established procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
- Follow all company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Demonstrate professionalism and excellent customer service with patients, clients, and healthcare staff.
- Support additional Patient Service Centers or physician offices as business needs require.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience:
- Minimum 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience required
- Experience with:
- Pediatric collections
- Geriatric collections
- Capillary collections
