Pay Rate: $25/hr

Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire

Schedule: 7:00am-4:00pm

What You'll Do
  • Collect blood specimens from patients using established phlebotomy procedures
  • Perform pediatric, geriatric, capillary, forensic, and clinical specimen collections
  • Verify patient demographics and obtain required patient signatures to ensure specimen labeling accuracy
  • Process, label, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
  • Maintain accurate records and required documentation
  • Follow all safety, quality, and confidentiality standards
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a positive patient experience
  • Travel between locations as needed to support staffing and operational requirements
What We're Looking For
  • A current, up-to-date resume
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
  • Strong specimen collection and processing skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Keyboard and data entry experience
  • Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred
  • Previous Patient Service Center experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license, if applicable
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call shifts as needed
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to meet compliance requirements
