Pay Rate: $25/hr
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: 7:00am-4:00pm

What You'll Do
- Collect blood specimens from patients using established phlebotomy procedures
- Perform pediatric, geriatric, capillary, forensic, and clinical specimen collections
- Verify patient demographics and obtain required patient signatures to ensure specimen labeling accuracy
- Process, label, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing
- Maintain accurate records and required documentation
- Follow all safety, quality, and confidentiality standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a positive patient experience
- Travel between locations as needed to support staffing and operational requirements
What We're Looking For
- A current, up-to-date resume
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
- Strong specimen collection and processing skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Keyboard and data entry experience
- Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
- Phlebotomy certification preferred
- Previous Patient Service Center experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license, if applicable
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call shifts as needed
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
- Ability to meet compliance requirements
