Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 11:00am–8:00pm; Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm; Rotating Saturdays, 9:00am–4:00pm

What You'll Do

Perform venipuncture, capillary collections, and specimen processing following established procedures

Accurately verify patient identification, demographic information, and specimen labeling

Prepare and process clinical and forensic specimens for laboratory testing

Provide exceptional patient care while explaining collection procedures with professionalism and confidence

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with quality and confidentiality standards

Support operations at multiple Patient Service Center and In-Office Phlebotomy locations as needed

Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment
What We're Looking For
-
A current, up-to-date resume
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
1–3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
-
Strong specimen collection and processing skills with the ability to work independently

Patient Service Center experience preferred

Customer service experience in a retail, healthcare, or service environment highly preferred
-
Proficiency with keyboarding and data entry
-
Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including rotating Saturdays and overtime when required

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities in a high-volume environment

Ability to meet compliance requirements
