Patient Services Representative I (PSR I)
Location: Fall River, MA Duration: 2 Months Pay Rate: $17–$21/hour Shift: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–4:00 PM (Eastern Time)
Job Summary: Collect blood specimens, process samples for laboratory testing, and provide excellent patient service while following safety, quality, and confidentiality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform blood draws (including pediatric and geriatric patients).
- Process and prepare specimens for testing.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Follow clinical and safety procedures.
- Deliver professional, patient-focused customer service.
- Work independently under supervisor guidance.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience (1+ year preferred).
- Strong phlebotomy and specimen collection skills.
- Data entry and basic computer skills.
- Medical Assistant, Paramedic training, or Phlebotomy certification preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility for staffing needs if required.
