Qualifications
Education
* Required
* High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Experience:
* Required
* Knowledge of Medical Laboratory practices and procedures
* Knowledge of Medical Terminology
* Knowledge of Lab/reference manuals, formularies, ICD-9 book, and reference lab procedures
Certification/Licensure:
* Required
* Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
* Must obtain within ninety (90) days of start date
* Preferred
* ASCP Board of Registry or equivalent
