Responsibilities include taking orders, handling cash and POS transactions, maintaining a clean and organized service area, and supporting merchandise and to-go beer sales. You’ll collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams while upholding food safety, responsible alcohol service, and Pelican’s warm, community-minded hospitality.
