Responsible Areas and Expectations
1. Ensure Safety
- Ensure all equipment is tied down and secure
- Safety PPE is worn at all times
- Safety cones are placed out beside truck and trailer
- All laws and regulations concerning the equipment are followed
- Stop equipment before adjusting
- Abide by all Georgia laws and Department of Transportation regulations while driving
- Maintain each client’s property specifications and ensure the work is completed according to the schedule of services set forth by the HealthCare Leader.
- Maintain all efficiency hours for each property.
- Initiate work through schedules and work orders.
- Walk through entire property before leaving the site maintaining property is clear of any debris from work performed.
- Inspect entire property and diagnose any issues seen and communicate to the property Client Relations Leader.
- Communicate to team members what work is expected to be completed on every jobsite
- Ensure each team member is completing the work set forth by the HealthCare Leader
- Train team members according to the procedures and standards set forth by the company and retrain when needed
- Hold all team members accountable for completing their job in compliance with the company’s expectations
4. Equipment Care
- Ensure the proper care and use of hand tools and equipment issued to the team.
- Report any problems with equipment to the HealthCare Leader.
- Ensure the proper care of issued truck and report any problems with the truck to the HealthCare Leader.
- Keep the cab of the truck free of trash and clean and keep materials in bed of truck secure and organized.
- Keep spray rig, compartments and bins clean from chemical stain and trash.
- Wash truck and equipment weekly as instructed
- Responsible for loading and unloading proper equipment on truck in the AFTERNOON for the next day
- Thoroughly clean spray rig and equipment upon completion of application.
5. Contributing to the Team Effort
- Ensure daily time entry is completed for your crew and job work orders are completed
- Attend all meetings and team training sessions
- Maintain continual knowledge of plant healthcare issues and guidelines.
- Category 24 pesticide license is expected within 90 days of job acceptance and maintain hours each year for license renewal.

6. Communication
- Keep an open line of communication with the Operations Leader, Client Relations Leader and crew.
- Communicate any areas of concern with a property or client to the Operations Leader.
- Communicate with the client when at the property, when needed.
- Communicate on a daily basis with the Water Management Leader concerning water usage and chemicals on each property.
