We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician to support a clinic pharmacy in Upland, CA. The Pharmacy Technician will work under the supervision of a Pharmacist and assist with prescription processing, medication preparation, inventory, and other pharmacy-related duties.

Job Type: 6-Month Contract

Pay Rate: $25-$28/hour

Responsibilities

  Fill prescriptions under the supervision of a Pharmacist.

  n

• n

  Prepare and mix pharmaceutical medications and preparations.

  n

• n

  Fill bottles with prescribed tablets and capsules.

  n
n
• n

  Type and apply prescription labels accurately.

  n

• n

  Receive, organize, and store incoming pharmacy supplies.

  n

• n

  Assist with daily pharmacy operations and maintain an organized work environment.

  n

• n

  Follow pharmacy procedures and safety requirements.

  n

• n

  Support the Pharmacist and pharmacy team with additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

n
• n

  3-5 years of Pharmacy Technician experience.

  n
n
• n

  Must have experience working in a hospital or inpatient clinic setting .

  n
n
• n

  Compounding experience required.

  n
n
• n

  Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling medications.

  n
n
• n

  Ability to work effectively under the supervision of a Pharmacist.

  n
n
• n

  Strong organizational and communication skills.

  n
n
