Order Fulfillment SpecialistCompensation: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour Location: Scottsdale, AZ Workplace Setting: OnsitePosition Summary: We are seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to help us process orders with accuracy and compliance, ensuring proper tracking, tracing, and delivery. This logistics-focused role requires strong communication skills with pharmacies, along with managing order verification, issue resolution, and system updates in our CRM. An understanding of the pharmaceutical space is preferred, along with proficiency in CRM and order fulfillment best practices.Objectives:Process orders with accuracy and compliance to ensure seamless fulfillmentCoordinate with pharmacies to manage medication orders efficientlyMaintain a clean and up-to-date opportunity pipeline by ensuring all orders are processed dailyTroubleshoot and resolve pharmacy or patient medication issuesWork with retention and operations teams to enhance the patient experience and ensure smooth account handoffVerify and approve all applicable discountsCommunicate order rejections to the account owner and supervisor, providing reasons for rejectionOnboard new pharmacies and research medications to address questions or concernsUpdate and maintain price books in SalesforceManage and implement new promotions in Salesforce based on marketing campaignsCollaborate with the medical coordinator on cases or orders that do not meet compliance standardsCompetencies:Understanding of order tracking and tracing best practicesKnowledge of efficient order fulfillment processes and inventory managementAbility to manage high volumes of pharmaceutical inventory with precisionProficiency in CRM platforms, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, for procurement and order managementExperience with requisitioning, receiving, and processing pharmaceutical ordersFamiliarity with pharmacy operations, drug sourcing, and fulfillment processesHigh attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and complianceStrong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and pharmaciesExcellent customer service mentality with a focus on resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfactionEducation & Experience:Must possess an active, unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license issued by the Arizona State Board of PharmacyProficient in CRM platforms, such as Salesforce or HubSpotProficient in EHR systems, such as Dr.ChronoHigh school diploma or equivalentPhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk or computerCommitment to Diversity: As an equal opportunity employer committed to meeting the needs of a multigenerational and multicultural workforce, 10X Health System recognizes that a diverse staff, reflective of our community, is an integral and welcome part of a successful and ethical business.
