Providing essential support to patients and healthcare professionals, the full-time remote Bilingual Pharmacy Technician will manage customer requests related to payment assistance solutions while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution. Key responsibilities: Field customer requests via telephone, email, and fax, providing initial support and resolving issues Document resolutions and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department Recognize operational challenges and recommend improvements to management as necessary Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience as a Pharmacy Technician is required HIPAA certification is mandatory At least 3 years of call center experience preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish
