Pharmacy Technician - NV, TX Licensed

To support patient care in a remote capacity, the Infusion Pharmacy Technician - NV, TX Licensed will manage inbound and outbound call center communications, oversee case management for bleeding disorder patients, and collaborate with healthcare partners to ensure coordinated care. Key responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound communications, addressing customer inquiries and service requests efficiently Conduct case management for patients with bleeding disorders, including managing monthly refills and patient assessments Collaborate with pharmacists, sales, and nursing teams to provide coordinated patient care Required qualifications: Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in NV or TX, with the ability to obtain an AZ license if located in NV National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) 2+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician 2+ years of customer service experience Intermediate proficiency with Windows PC applications and ability to navigate complex computer systems
