To support a high-volume inbound call center, the fully remote Pharmacy Technician - NC Licensed will manage the prior authorization process by assisting members and providers, reviewing clinical documentation, and documenting authorization determinations from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound calls from members, providers, and healthcare professionals Provide professional customer service while guiding callers through the prior authorization process Review clinical documentation for completeness and accurately document authorization decisions Required Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of Pharmacy Technician experience, preferably in a healthcare or call center environment Minimum of 1 year of high-volume customer service or call center experience; healthcare experience preferred Strong knowledge of pharmacy terminology and prior authorization workflows Reliable attendance and commitment to the full mandatory training period Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
