Retail Pharmacy in Cheshire, CT is looking for a dynamic and motivated Pharmacy Technician & Marketing Associate to join our team! Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists with prescription processing, dispensing, and medication fulfillment
- Manage prescription intake, data entry, and patient profile maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service at the pharmacy counter and over the phone
- Process insurance claims and resolve billing or adjudication issues
- Develop and execute social media content, campaigns, and community outreach initiatives
- Create promotional materials, newsletters, and in-store signage to drive engagement
- Support local marketing efforts including events, partnerships, and loyalty programs
Requirements:
- Active or eligible Pharmacy Technician registration/certification in Connecticut (CPhT preferred)
- Prior pharmacy technician experience in a retail or independent pharmacy setting
- Familiarity with pharmacy management software and insurance billing
- Experience with social media platforms, content creation, or digital marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative, self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills
