PHARMACY TECHNICIAN | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

• Location: Horsham PA 19044 - 100% on-site
• Payrate: $25/hr
• Required Availability: Full-Time | 2 shifts available
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with alternating weekends
• Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, with alternating weekends

PHARMACY TECHNICIAN | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Pharmacy Technician will assist with prescription fulfillment, IV preparation, medication packaging, inventory management, and pharmacy operations. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining accuracy and regulatory compliance.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance

• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

PHARMACY TECHNICIAN | RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Fill prescriptions accurately under the supervision of a Registered Pharmacist.
• Prepare IV medications following established procedures and regulations.
• Enter prescription information into the pharmacy computer system.
• Assist with billing-related data entry for reimbursement processing.
• Prepackage medications according to pharmacy standards and government regulations.
• Support pharmacists during the prescription verification process.
• Package completed prescriptions and coordinate timely delivery.
• Receive, stock, rotate, and monitor medication inventory and supplies.
• Record lot numbers and expiration dates.
• Assist with physical inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and assist with calibration and safety checks.

PHARMACY TECHNICIAN | REQUIREMENTS :

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician Registration
• Previous Pharmacy Technician experience preferred.
• IV preparation experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
