Pharmacy Technician (Fully Remote)

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment, entering high volumes of prescription data with accuracy.
• Handle claim adjudication, prior authorizations, billing, and eligibility checks while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Current Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA) and state registration required.
• Prior pharmacy experience with strong drug knowledge and pharmacy billing skills.
• This is a remote position in a cubicle-based, fast-paced pharmacy setting.
• May require travel for events and flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
