Pharmacy Technician Customer Specialist

To support customer satisfaction in senior living communities, the full-time Pharmacy Technician Customer Specialist will maintain direct contact with patients and their families, verify insurance information, and assist with medication management while working remotely. Key responsibilities Maintain direct contact with patients and families to verify insurance and perform Medicare evaluations Assist with enrollment and ordering of medications, including managing high-cost medications and copays Provide internal marketing and support community events to increase the client base Required qualifications High School diploma or GED Pharmacy Technician License and National Certification (CPhT) where applicable Minimum one year of retail pharmacy or customer service experience General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office applications Willingness to obtain multiple state licensure in relevant states
