To ensure superior patient care, the full-time remote RX Fulfillment Coordinator will process prescriptions, support providers, and deliver exceptional service to members and pharmacies while managing tasks in a call-center environment. Key responsibilities Process prescriptions accurately and in a timely manner while providing support to Teladoc providers Handle escalated calls from patients or providers, aiming for reasonable outcomes through effective de-escalation Initiate prior-authorization requests and maintain detailed case documentation in the administrative system Required qualifications High school diploma required Active Pharmacy Technician Certification, Medical Assistant Certification, or LPN/LVN license Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician, Medical Assistant, or LPN/LVN At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment Knowledge of healthcare and medical terminology, with familiarity with prescription medications
