Providing coordination and leadership for workflows in a hybrid role, the full-time Pharmacy Technician Coordinator - IL, MO, WI will manage specialized operational areas, ensuring compliance and process improvement while working three days onsite and two days remotely. Key responsibilities Performs daily services and functions across multiple ministries, managing workflows and resolving issues as they arise Serves as a resource for stakeholders, solving complex problems and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards Conducts audits and monitors KPIs, identifying quality improvement opportunities and leading operational changes Required qualifications High School diploma/GED or 10 years of relevant work experience Three years of experience as a pharmacy technician or in a relevant healthcare field Registered Pharmacy Technician certification in Illinois, Missouri, or Wisconsin, or the ability to obtain within specified timeframes Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and data entry Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
