What You'll Be Doing

As a Pharmacy Technician, you'll play a critical role in keeping pharmacy operations running smoothly while helping deliver exceptional patient care.

?Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  Fill and prepare prescription orders for pharmacist verification

  Label, package, and document medications accurately

  n

• n

  Pack and ship completed prescriptions to patients

  n

• n

  Maintain inventory levels and organize medication supplies

  n

• n

  Operate automated dispensing equipment and pharmacy technology systems

  n

• n

  Replenish packaging materials, labels, vials, and workstation supplies

  n
n
• n

  Support daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality standards

  n
n
• n

  Follow all pharmacy regulations, state requirements, and safety procedures

  n

• n

  Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, and leadership to ensure smooth operations

  n

• n

  Assist with occasional overtime and rotating Saturday coverage as needed

  n
n

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

Active PTCB Certification (CPhT) or equivalent national certification

Active North Carolina Board of Pharmacy Registration

Previous Pharmacy Technician experience in retail, hospital, specialty, mail-order, or healthcare settings

Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting throughout the workday

Willingness to support occasional overtime and rotating Saturdays

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
