Supporting the Revenue Cycle Team, the full-time Medicare Part B Operations Coordinator will manage Medicare Part B claims processing activities, ensuring compliance with CMS requirements through prescriber outreach and documentation management in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Facilitate accurate claim processing and submission to reduce bad debt and mitigate legal risk Collect and validate prescriber documentation in accordance with CMS guidelines through outreach efforts Maintain a centralized repository of prescriber documentation and leverage data to identify actionable claim volume Required qualifications 1+ years of experience in retail pharmacy, PBM, or account management 1+ years of professional experience with MS Excel and Access Rhode Island Pharmacy Technician License (Tech II) or CPhT Certification by PTCB preferred Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred Strong organizational and diagnostic skills with attention to detail and accuracy
