Acting as a dedicated specialist, the remote Clinical Programs Administration Specialist will lead administrative and operational tasks to facilitate clinical programs, including triaging calls, managing drug lists, and supporting reporting requirements. Key responsibilities: Triaging incoming clinical programs calls and scheduling consultations with prescribers, pharmacies, and members Leading administrative tasks to support the implementation of clinical initiatives such as pharmacogenomics and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Managing and maintaining drug lists, including periodic reviews and updates to support clinical program operations Required qualifications: Active, unrestricted pharmacy technician license 2+ years of applicable experience in a clinical pharmacy setting or related healthcare experience 1+ year of customer service experience with a focus on building customer loyalty Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with minimal direction
