To support a Medicare Pharmacy Appeals team, the remote Senior Pharmacy Appeals Technician will perform clinical outreach and review of Medicare Part D appeal requests on a contract basis. Key responsibilities Perform clinical outreach and pharmacy technician review for Medicare Part D appeals Make outbound calls to obtain necessary clinical information for appeal requests Work efficiently to meet case deadlines and department production, quality, and accuracy standards Required qualifications High School Diploma/GED or higher 2+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience Active State Board of Pharmacy Technician License 1+ year of Microsoft Office experience Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel, including basic spreadsheet functions
