Bilingual Pharmacy Technicians will support a remote care team by serving as the primary point of contact for members, providers, and pharmacies, handling inquiries related to benefits, prior authorizations, and claims while ensuring timely and accurate communication across various channels. Key responsibilities Deliver timely and accurate support to members, providers, and pharmacies through phone, chat, email, and written correspondence Field and resolve inquiries regarding mail order, benefit design, and claims adjudication while maintaining service quality standards Document interactions and resolutions within internal systems to support continuity of care and operational reporting Required qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish Active/Current National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB, NHA) 1 to 3 years of experience as a pharmacy technician in a health plan, retail pharmacy, or PBM contact center Working knowledge of pharmacy claims adjudication and benefit design Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience
