- Associate's or technical degree, or equivalent education/experience
- Previous inpatient pharmacy experience
- Active pharmacy technician licensure in the state of practice
- Outpatient retail-only experience does not qualify
- Preferred: Prior travel assignment experience in hospital pharmacy
- Preferred: National certification (e.g., PTCB or NHA)
