Pharmacy ManagerAccountable for leading, managing and advancing people, processes and/or programs that support patient care. Responsible for providing leadership, oversight, alignment, and standardization for assigned Pharmacy area/business line.What you will doProvide leadership and accountability for delegation, choices, decisions & outcomesCollaborate with Pharmacy leaders, medical staff, and healthcare team to develop strategy, goals, objectives, and operational standards to ensure services and priority alignmentIdentify analytics and metrics to demonstrate baseline and performance improvement targetsSupport medication safety measures and efficient operational processes, business development, revenue integrity, and 340B program activitiesSupport training, education, coaching, and assessment of pharmacist competenciesSupport optimization of procurement and distribution processesEnsure colleagues are assigned to work areas to achieve established standards for operational supportMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Pharmacy and three (3) years of pharmacist experience or 1 year of pharmacist experience and 1 year Pharmacy Practice Residency. Advanced or Master's degree preferred (e.g., PharmD, MBA)MA or CT Pharmacist license in good standing or the ability to obtain state licensure within 120 days of hireLeadership skills motivating and empowering staff.
