Responsibilities
- Support the team with projects related to Pharmacy strategy development, planning, and implementation
- Help drive growth, improve the affordability of products and services, and react to shifting competitive trends and external forces in the Pharmacy space
Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Preliminary ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis and summarize findings
- Preliminary ability to identify problems and support development of potential solutions
- Ability to develop/maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues in the Enterprise Pharmacy Team and some beyond
- Developing ability to communicate effectively through verbal, written, and visual channels
- Developing ability to work within a very fast-paced, quickly evolving organization and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry, especially in the pharmacy value chain (preferred)
- Experience with corporate strategy, growth strategy, and product strategy (preferred)
- Bachelor Degree
