Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Claims Analyst Pharmacy Revenue Cycle will manage the resolution of rejected drug claims, serve as a subject matter expert for provider relationships, and ensure compliance with billing practices and regulations. Key responsibilities: Research and resolve claims that have not passed payer edits, initiating actions to address rejected claims Collaborate with various departments to improve denial rates and reduce avoidable write-offs Analyze billing processes and compliance with Medicare and third-party billing codes to ensure accurate reimbursement Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent work experience 1 to 3 years of experience in healthcare, coding, finance, or revenue cycle management Preferred certifications include Certified Pharmacy Technician and Coding Certification (CPC, RHIT) Advanced knowledge of professional billing flows and revenue cycle tasks Strong understanding of Medicare billing guidelines and coding systems (CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10-CM-PCS)
