Pharmacy Operations RepresentativeScheduled Shift: Monday-Friday 10:30am-7pm Location: AZ, Tempe, 2040 West Rio Salado PkwyJob DescriptionAs an Operations Representative you are responsible for helping to keep productivity running smoothlyWhat you'll do:Sort packages to the correct carrier palletsWrapping pallets if neededOrdering suppliesLoading and offloading trailersEnsuring the automation is running smoothlyEnsuring the packages are getting to the carrier in a timely mannerPerforms related duties as requiredEnsure that the address prints correctly on each package.Communicating with vendors via email if neededAll bags are correctly sealed; Printers are accurately loaded with the correct paper.Work collaboratively with all coworkers to ensure that best-practices are shared while maintaining productivity and quality standards.Keep work station clean at all times.Other duties assigned as needed.What you need to do the job:2-3 years relevant experience.Intermediate office equipment skillsAbility to understand mathematical conversionsMust be detail-oriented and pay close attention to accuracyAbility to effectively establish rapport; present information and respond to questionsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to quickly resolve problems and develop favorable solutionsForklift experience preferredIf you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.About Evernorth Health ServicesEvernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, creates pharmacy, care and benefit solutions to improve health and increase vitality.
